This charming abode is conveniently located near the hustle and bustle of Hollywood and the serenity of nature.
Only one block north of famed Hollywood and Sunset blvds we are within walking distance of everything- local eateries, groceries, bars, etc.

Take a stroll at historic Runyon Canyon, a popular hiking trail that was once home to old Hollywood stars. See the infamous Hollywood sign and unwind with a free, daily group yoga class. There is a lot of inspiration and creative energy here!

The space
The room you will be staying in is called Serenity Room. Located on the north west side of the home the space you will be sharing is a two bedroom two bathroom in a quiet, full serviced and secure condominium.

The room has a lock on the door to ensure your privacy. It includes a comfortable twin bed, plenty of closet and storage space, and a desk & chair upon request. You will have a semi private balcony with a lovely sunset view and it is conveniently located right next to the private full guest bathroom.

You will have your own parking space in the underground garage and there is also a laundry room with full size washer and dryer that you are welcome to use. You will also have access to the common areas of the main space including a fully equipped kitchen, living room, plush reclining sofa, SMART television, a private guest bathroom with shower, as well as a private main room balcony and semi private bedroom balcony with an outdoor lounge area. 


The adjacent bedroom is lived in by myself and sometimes my small, well behaved senior dog. I'm a creative type which is reflective in the decor throughout. I am a respectful, friendly professional working in the entertainment industry. I typically work from home but have an office setup away from the guest bedroom and shared living area. Please be quiet and considerate but also make yourself at home! * UPDATE the reviews are for my older listing and the newer specifications on this add are accurate.

I like meeting new people from different backgrounds and I'm happy to answer questions and share tips regarding your visit to Los Angeles so you have a fun and enjoyable time.
