Bracken Bungalow is located in the heart of the historic mountain town of Brevard, NC. Only 3-4 blocks stroll to delicious restaurants, eclectic shopping, The Brevard Music Center, several breweries, local music venues, and so much more.

There are nearly 350 waterfalls across the state, and more than 250 in Transylvania County alone. Known as the Land of Waterfalls, this easily accessible area also offers visitors over 250 waterfalls and is known as a hiking and biking mecca.

The space
This home has two bedrooms both with queen beds and two full bathrooms. A table and two bar stools for eating. Open area to the living room to relax and unwind. A laundry room you are welcome to use. Plenty of dishes and glasses for cooking a delicious meal at home.

For those wanting to cook, there is a hand mixer, waffle maker, and crockpot. The grill is on the lower level in the basement and available to use. Feel free to use the basement to store your bikes or other gear you are traveling with.

Ron is a Asheville/WNC native. He loves hiking, mountain biking, fishing, camping and playing in our historic and ancient mountains.

Darlene relocated from Michigan to Asheville a few years ago. She loves visiting quaint towns in and around Asheville and local attractions like the Biltmore Estate as well as discovering new hiking trails. Her outdoor passion is kayaking and rock climbing.

Most of our vacation rental properties come with high speed internet, cable, fully stocked kitchens, plenty of parking, dog friendly and pretty much everything you will need to be able to relax and kick back. Please see individual properties for their unique features.
