The Cozy lookout sits on 5 acres at the top of Thompson Ridge with a view for miles. We are just a short 5 minute drive to Rock House and 20 minutes from both Old Mans Cave and Ash Cave. Inside we have a cozy queen size bed and pullout full size sofa sleeper, full kitchen with cooktop, small bathroom/shower and coffee. The middle floor is also equipped with a Hot Tub and movie room. Other amenities, 2 smart Tv's, high speed internet and many more.
The space
Guests will be able to enjoy the entire 5 acres which also offers a fire pit. Just FYI we do NOT provide wood. The best place for purchase of firewood is just in town at the gas station or grocery store.

Guest access
Guest have access to the top floor via a short flight of stairs which is the guests primary living space including the bedroom, living room with pull out couch, kitchen and full bathroom. The middle floor, which is back down those same stairs, is where the Hot Tub and movie room are located and can be accessed through the sliding door at the bottom of the stairs. The middle floor is fully enclosed and has a heater for the colder months but it does get cold as it is not a fully conditioned space like the main living area above.
Finally, the guests will also have access to the fire pit outside the bottom floor which you can access via the steps on the opposite of the building as the steps that take you to the top floor.
Other things to note
Due to the previous guests checking out and giving adequate time for cleaning, check in will be 4pm the first day of your stay.
There is NO SMOKING anywhere inside the house or movie room/hot tub area. A $200 fine will be charged if this house rule is broken.
