I had a fantastic experience in Francesca's place! The apartment is very clean, well stocked with basic necessities and the balcony is lovely! An amazing location on a relatively calm street but within a short walk of some great restaurants and bars. Public transportation is close and it's easy to get to the city center. Francesca made check in and out simple and provided plenty of tips about the neighborhood. Would love to come stay again!

With only a 30 minute walk to the Colosseum and 20 minutes away from the Termini by foot, I couldn't be more happy with the value for location. Likewise, I can only say positive things about the accomodation itself, it's very comfortable, spacious and met all my needs for the time I spent there. Plus the added benefit of having a Dishwasher, clothes washer, and air conditioner made the stay more convenient, while enjoying a great view from the kitchen window and balcony. But most importantly, Francesca was very kind, welcoming and understanding. She had very good English, and was eager to learn about my background when she greeted me on arrival as well. Everything you ever need to know is on her itinerary so as long as you understand those details, you'll have an amazing time at Francesca's. Thank you!

Great host, good area but very noisy. Didn't help that construction works were going on very early and right outside the bedroom window. We booked for 2 people and 1 more for 3 nights. But there was only one room accessible to us. They had locked off half the flat. They cut the price of the extra person in half but don't think we should have paid for a futon in the hall. He didn't end up staying in the end, as it wasn't adequate. This can not be described as a 3 bed apartment for our stay, and was mis sold in this case. I'm sure if you check what will be available you will be very happy but we were expecting more.

Response from Francesca:
Less then 23 euro/person in Rome in May for a falt, and also complaining? It is for complaining, that you knocked, drunk, on the neighbor door screaming at 3 am? Incredible!

Francesca's apartment worked out really well for my extended stay. Right in front of the building is a bus stop with frequent buses directly to the main station for easy connections all over the city. A couple of the buses continue on past the main station and through several areas of attractions, as do other buses that are only a 5 or 6 block walk. Trolleys are available within 5 or 6 blocks as well, and pass by many of the popular areas. Francesca was out of town on business but her father checked me in, and although he speaks very little English, he provided a great overview of everything in the apartment. It was easy to understand what he was communicating and he was good natured and wanted to make sure I enjoyed my visit to Rome. The apartment has a modern kitchen which made it easy to do some meals at home, a bedroom with two twin beds, a bathroom, and the entry way has two chairs and a love seat (wrought iron maybe) that are actually fairly comfortable for shorter periods. The apartment is simple in furnishings but does what it needs to do at a reasonable price and I would stay there again if/when I get back to Rome. Only negative is that the apartment building is along a busy street and there can be a fair amount of noise at times, but it subsides in the evening hours and is generally much quieter through the night. If you are out sightseeing and have dinner, by the time you get back to the apartment it is usually pretty calm.

Francesca's flat was the great beginning of my vacation in Rome. It's very clean, cute, light and comfortable. Also it has great location towards the centre. It took me about half an hour on foot to get Coliseum Four-five minutes from this flat you can find Via del Pigneto with a lot of small cafes and restaurants. My recommendation is osteria Da Vero Also three minutes from the flat there are supermarket, small cafe with wonderful desserts Francesca is beautiful, smart, cheerful and very well-mannered lady. I had some problems with me way from the station to her flat. So she was very kind to meet me at this station and follow me to her flat I've spent magic five days in Roma also thanks to Francesca's flat You'll make good choice if choose her flat to trip to Rome

Phd Chemical engineer. I play violin. I like arts, music and cultures different from mine. I've not travelled enough to be satisfied with my knowledge of the world.

I try to learn from the people I meet.

My father frequently do the check in at my place. He is a gentle italian man in his sixties and he is proud of the olive oil produced in his land.

I leave the guests completely free in the flat, because I rent when I am not at home.
