Comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bath craftsman home with easy access to downtown. Be at Seattle’s best sight-seeing locations in minutes. Live music daily at the Skylark across the street. Coffee shop within walking distance. Short drive or bike ride to the
This is a beautiful, well-kept, 1918 craftsman that’s about 5 min from downtown - in Pigeon Point, West Seattle. 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Very close to everything with quick metro access to downtown, Alki beach, Capitol Hill, Seattle Center, and other sites. A great place to be in the summers because of easy access to the beach! Bring your bike or jog along waterfront nearby. If you’re into live music, check out the Skylark across the street, one of Seattle’s best small live music venues. A great little coffee shop, convenient store, Subway, and diner are within a block.
The bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed, sleeping a total of 3 people. Queen and twin air mattresses, as well as additional twin foam mattress also available in exceptional cases. (Please inquire.)
Large living room/dining room. Clean, fully functional kitchen. Large, fenced in yard and fire pit. Front porch provides a lovely reading spot, and the back patio is a great place to catch some sun and enjoy your breakfast in the mornings (in summertime). The house is very comfortable, clean, with lots of natural light, and in a safe neighborhood. Most of the rooms were recently refinished – hardwood floors, claw-foot tub that’s awesome for relaxing in the evenings, nice dining area. Plenty of street parking.
We really enjoyed staying at Eliza's house and especially appreciated her hospitality and generosity. The house is in fairly close proximity to grocery, restaurants, etc. in West Seattle as well as Alki trails, beach, etc.
It is also easy to get in to downtown Seattle, especially by bus.
If we are ever in need of a place in the Puget Sound, we would definitely be checking in with Eliza!

I'm a marine biologist with a great little house just south of downtown. I do a lot of scuba diving and salsa dancing, and really enjoy hosting folks as they pass through Seattle. Its been a great opportunity to meet interesting people from far and wide!
