The space
Thank you for considering a stay in our luxurious glamping tent on PepperHarrow Farm, nestled atop a picturesque plateau in Madison County with breathtaking views of the Middle River Valley. Our 16'x20' tent is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and memorable experience. Relax on the plush king bed with high-quality Pottery Barn bedding, or take in the natural surroundings from the comfort of the tent's seating area, complete with two chairs and a coffee table. The windows can be opened to allow a refreshing breeze to flow through, and the front of the tent can be tied open to reveal a large screen that keeps insects out while allowing ample air circulation. Step out onto your private 4x16' deck, equipped with a bistro table and two chairs, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and soak in the serene surroundings.
Inside the tent, you'll find a compact camp kitchenette stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and coffee. Additionally, a camping gas grill and two-burner cooktop with a tub and portable water for dishwashing are available for your use. Relax in the hammock under the 20'x20' shade sail, or gather around the fire pit equipped with a fire ring, two Adirondack chairs, and a table, stocked with locally sourced firewood. If you need more wood, please let us know, and to help prevent the spread of tree diseases, we ask that you do not bring your own firewood.
Cell phone service is generally good on the farm, but if you require internet access, we offer a wifi network for guests to use inside the event barn, where you'll also find the bathroom. The bathroom is a short drive or a 3-4 minute walk from the tent, and features a rustic shower with hot water and towels, as well as a selection of toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash.
Whether you're visiting PepperHarrow Farm to explore our beautiful flower fields or to see the famous Covered Bridges of Madison County, we are confident you will have a truly memorable and relaxing stay in our charming town.
Guest access
During your stay, you'll have access to the entire flower farm, which you're welcome to explore by taking a stroll on our walking trails. Walk around and enjoy the beautiful flower fields, take pictures, or even walk into town for a treat at the local ice cream shop. Please note that we host public events on the farm almost every Saturday, including a "you-cut" bouquet experience from noon to 4 PM, and we occasionally host private parties and events. If any large events will be happening during your stay, we'll do our best to let you know in advance and help minimize any disruptions to your privacy. You'll be sharing the farm with our 7 cats, 3 dogs, and some entertaining chickens, so don't be surprised if you run into some cute farm pets during your visit.
When you arrive, please follow the signs to the back of the property and park in the designated parking area for guests on the north side of your tent, located right beside it. This is for safety reasons, so please make sure to park in the designated area. We want you to feel at home during your stay, so please make yourself comfortable and enjoy all that the farm has to offer.
