This modern, self-contained glamping mini-house is located just 1 mile from Kehena black sand beach on the scenic coastal Red Road. Enjoy an ocean view from the upstairs king sized bed, access to a thriving permacultural eco-epicurean farm and a private garden level courtyard. Also available on the waterfarm are units https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/8740543 and https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/2291347

The space
The Eco-Farm Mini House is perfect for two adults. The Mini House is located on an Eco-Epicurean Waterfarm with other rentals. The unit does include a private garden level courtyard where you can enjoy grilling, a fire pit, the hammock, visiting and talking. Thank You for respecting our sacred space. Your bright, breezy private Mini House is self-contained with a summer kitchen. The first and second floors are screened with shades, not glass windows. The door for the toilet in the bedroom is not built to close while using it, yet the ground floor shared bathroom is private. Read a book in the hammock, relax in the spacious living area, and cook on the grill or enjoy your morning coffee in the sitting area on your own private garden level patio. A fire pit is the perfect evening gathering place on the garden level patio, after a long day at the beach.

Located at the Seaview Epicurean Waterfarm you will have access to abundant non-GMO, organic gardens, delicious purified drinking water, serene settings for enjoying quiet moments.

A few more notes:

- We provide clean high-quality sheets, towels and bedding.
- All cleaning products used on site are natural and non-toxic.
- Free Wi-Fi is included.
-The kitchenette is a "summer kitchen" with a hot plate + toaster oven.
-We also have a coop of chickens for eggs and a thriving hive of bees that provide us our honey.

** Note that this listing does NOT include the Hawaii state tax of 14.75% + will be collected in cash upon your arrival.

Guest access
The fully screened unit has a private entry, and private kitchen side patio.

Other things to note
Important, please note that the price of this listing does NOT include the Hawaii State Sales Tax of 14.75%, please have that ready to pay in cash upon your arrival.

This is a lovely, yet small scale permaculture property. We feel there are acceptable levels of visual and sound privacy, but do note that the units are close together, and sound can travel. While each of our guest units are private + self-contained, you may see/hear other guests/staff on different parts of the Waterfarm during your stay. We are a community + let's make friends.

Your kitchen is stocked with these items:
First morning's fair trade organic coffee, farm-harvested honey, organic coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, hawaiian sea salt, organic black pepper, teas, farm produce + farm eggs if available. Cooking equipment includes coffee grinder, french press, citrus juicer, variety of pots and pans, cooking/serving utensils, kettle, blender, to go containers, plastic wrap and tin foil, and baking pans/dishes.

Please know that this rental is in a jungle environment and although we do our best to keep harmless pests under control, like geckos, ants and flying bugs, they are here and there may be occasional sightings.

The historical plantation town of Pahoa is a 20 minute drive away from Seaview. It offers stores and is home to some great foodie spots and affordable farmer's markets with fresh local produce.

We are located four miles from Uncle Robert's Awa Bar, which has an evening market on Wednesday (5 pm – 10 pm), which has live music, great food and craft vendors. A small corner store Kaimu Corner with an ATM is also accessible at Uncle Robert's for basic necessities.

We are remotely located 3 hours from the Kona (KOA) airport, and 1 hour from the Hilo airport (ITO), on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Our internet is great for emails + texts and general surfing - we have had many digital nomads working successfully from their unit, but best if only one unit is streaming videos at a time.

Occasionally hot water in the upper mini house shower can be limited. In this case, please enjoy a hot shower in the ground floor shared bathroom.
