Getting in was a bit troubled because Edgar had some issues arriving in NYC and the apartment had still to be cleaned. But he tried to help us and was accommodating also for the check out.
The apartment is spacious and it’s located near a subway station and some groceries/restaurants etc.
There is no air conditioning and it was really hot. Luckily there were some fans in the apartment but sometimes this wasn’t enough (and I’m not the kind of person who loves freezing temperatures).
Be aware that you will find only bed sheets, one bath towel for each person and hand soap. That’s it. No hand towel, no body wash, no hairdryer. I knew it and I had all this stuff with me, so no problem for me.
The bathtub is pretty old and completely stained.
Everything worked as expected. The apartment was nicely located, clean and convenient. Thank you!
Simple but clean, safe, quite , close to the subway , several grocery shops around. Only negative point is the bathroom which is a little bit worn out, still clean. Would stay there again !
A decent, if basic, apartment in am up-and-coming part of Brooklyn. It's close to lots of subway options. Bring an eye mask - there are no curtains to block out the bright morning sun!
Nice, big and clean apartment. It was very good to stay there. Thanks for it!
We didn't meet Edgar but everything is all set for us! The kitchen got everything we need. And the room is big, but the heater is not so even lol. Parking on street is not so easy but Edgar's friend help us find a spot! And the location is good,3 minutes walk to the nearby metro station and the neighbourhood is safe , the nearby grocery is awesome, got fancy milk and organic food! The TV has no program maybe we don't know how to use lol...
