Beautiful views of Northeast Iowa's Driftless Area. This house is located in a hickory grove on top of a scenic location just off a hard surface road; centrally located between Waukon, Lansing and New Albin, Iowa.

Our relaxing hot tub is located on the lower deck with a beautiful view of the valley, and has some privacy curtains if desired.

The owners maintain the walkout basement for primary residence; however, they are RV'ers and travel a lot. Don't let this be a concern for you.

The space
You will be renting the main level of our Ranch-style home with three bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths. Large living space and big beautiful deck outside. The hot tub is located on the deck on the lower level. It has curtains for privacy, solar lighting and some colored plugin lights.

The lower level is separated by an enclosed stairwell and locked door. As owners travel a lot and are not staying full time in the lower level but occasionally do stay. If you have a concern about that please let us know.
Should you need extra beds—the lower level can be rented. This has two additional bedrooms one has a king and the other a queen bed. We did ad a big nice new fire pit area on the front side of house with some seating.

Our house is located in a rural farm area centrally located in northern Allamakee County. We are 8 miles from Waukon, 10 miles from Lansing and the majestic Mississippi River and we are 10 miles from Iowa's furthest northeast city, New Albin. We have a few walking trails in our nine acre woods. Included for your enjoyment is a outdoor firepit area.
There are trout streams near by and some state ground also.
