Hello Julia's mother
Julia's mom was very nice although I didn't meet Julia.
The house is a second floor at vintage German detached house in quite street.
Very big & clean one room make us smile (:
We had a nice rest in Julia's house.
It was like living in a huge attic apartment, only better, warmer and inside the beautiful family house of Julia. Impressively clean. Near to the centre. Big market close to the house and near the sub station, Highly recommended!!
Everything was according to the description, except we were surprised to see there were enough beds for only 4 people, and the rest had to sleep on mattresses on the floor. The kitchen does not have a sink, if you want to do the dishes you have to fill a bucket in the bathroom and do them in it. But this is enough for a weekend stay.
Our stay was very comfortable in fact. When we asked for extra blankets, we were provided with some right away. It's a very clean apartment, warm (it was winter time), with indeed enough space for 4-6 people. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. I recommend it!
Spacious studio - very comfortable - host very helpful. It was great for me for a weeks work in Munich
It's a very nice place to stay: very cozy, new, spacious, well located. The neighbourhood is very very quiet (only small houses around, very small streets) despite that it takes only 15 minutes to get to the center of the city by U-Bahn subway which station is just 3 minutes walking from the house. Grocery shops are also very close, some cafes as well. Julia and her family are very pleasant people provided us with umbrella as we didn't have one, advised us about visiting the city and were very friendly.
Great place to stay. It was my first time using airbnb and I'd do it again. The apartment is above the house. Julia and her mother were lovely, easy to deal with and quick to respond. I recommend this place!
Julia and her mum Cecelia were great hosts. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived at the flat which was easily accessible. They brought us breakfast and gave us tips on sightseeing in Munich
We were very well kitted out for oktoberfest in dirndls which were great!
Fab place to stay for Oktoberfest would highly recommend it. Thanks!!
For most of our group, it was their first time traveling to Europe and the Henze family open their home to us with open arms. They were an amazing host and made us feel at home.
Their home is perfectly located just a few minutes walk to a train and bus station as well as shopping. Only about a 15 minute train ride to the city and Oktoberfest. The apartment is bright, clean and a wonderful place to call home for your stay in Minich.
Mrs. Henze and Julia were so helpful and shared with us the local customs and made sure we were all dressed for the Oktoberfest!
We could not thank them enough for their warm welcome and recommend their home to everyone.
9 of my friends and I stayed with Cecilia and Julia during the opening weekend of Oktoberfest.
Right from the moment we arrived we felt welcome and at home.
There was plenty of space for all ten of us in the two apartments and we had all we needed. (Including the use of a range of beautiful Dirndl and breakfast in the morning. )
Getting to and from the apartment was easy on the U5, even after we had a few steins!
Thank you Cecilia and Julia for your wonderful hospitality. Would recommend these hosts and their apartments highly.
Good place to stay in Munich. Close to metro. Neighborhood has nice restaurants and beer gardens (not as loud as the tourist beer gardens in the city center). The home is clean and on a quiet street. It has a large bathroom. Julia's mother left work to let us in. She is very nice and welcoming.
