We are renting this charming studio located at rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud, in the heart of lively 11th district, neighborhood of artists and trendy bars where Parisians adore going out. Next to the line 3 of Parisian Metro, you will also be at only 10-15 minutes away by foot from Le Marais, La Bastille and Le Chatelet.
Our fully furnished studio is a perfect choice if you are in Paris to enjoy both its monuments and its nightlife. There is nothing better than having a drink or a dinner in neighborhood’s authentic bars and restaurants away from crowds of tourists unaware of “local” places.
In our studio you will find anything you need for an enjoyable stay: TV, free Wi-Fi broadband and telephone, central heating throughout the apartment (in winter only), microwave oven, kettle, toaster, convertible double bed-settee, beddings and towels.
Please contact us at any time for reservation and we will be happy to help you with your reservation, airport transfer or any other issues.
Aline great hostess. Cozy apartment and very good location.
This is a charming apartment in a cheery part of town. There are some great bars and restaurants nearby, and it's just a short walk into the centre of the city. We had a great stay.
My only criticism is that between the two of us, we had only one key.
We spent 6 days in the apartment.
- The apartment is compact with fully equip kitchen (plates, cups, pans, Fridge etc.) and it's good for 2 persons.
- Ideal location close to Métro Line 3- Parmentier.
- Marche Franprix grocery store at walking distance.
- Sofa bed was somehow unbalanced
- Wifi only work for one device only, but speed was good.
- No toilet paper provided just need to buy at the grocery store nearby.
My girlfriend and I spent a week at Aline's apartment. It was small but cosy, and in a perfect location, near the metro. Absolutely ideal for people like us who like to explore the city a lot. A supermarket is right behind the angle of the street and some nice pubs are in the zone which is very quiet. Very good!
-Clean room including bathroom and kitchen
-great location, near metro station and restaurants.
-fast response from owner
-bed cover was good.
-bed was somehow unbalanced.
-wifi only works for one device at a time
-hot water does not last long during a shower, about only 5 minutes.
-window curtains is not able to cover all area of windows.
-pillow was to thin and soft.
I spent over a week at Aline's apartment and had a great experience. Everything was good except when we arrived there wasn't any toilet paper so we had to go buy some( not a huge problem). The only other thing was there weren't proper sheets for the bed only a silk comforter and pillows. Excellent communication and tiny but perfect apartment for Paris, I would stay again!
I couldnot meet Aline but dealing with her was good. She answers quickly. The apartment suits one person (maybe 2 - if you dont have luggages). It's new and clean - great for those who need a simple space to stay in Paris.
One block to the metro station ( a big plus)
Alline was very accommodating to my last minute trip to Paris, and waited on me even though my train was late! So nice.
THe apartment is just as pictured in a great spot of Paris. It faces the courtyard so it's calm and quiet, while there are rowdy (but very fun) bars just up the street, and the café directly across was particularly good. It's also close to république and Bastille, so it was easy to get anywhere else in the city.
Aline was an amazing host. Just after I make a reservation through AirBnb, she called me to confirm the reservation and check some data. When my girlfriend and I arrived in Paris, Aline was waiting for us in the apartment. She explained the functioning of the entire apartment, and gave her phone if we had any questions. Concerning the apartment, the pictures represent the reality. It is small but very cozy. It’s perfect for two people. The bed is very confotable and the wireless works pretty good. The metro is literally a block away, and there are several supermarkets (grocery stores), bakeries, restaurants and cafes. We spend 10 days in Paris and they were perfect, thanks to Aline’s hospitality. I strongly recommend this apartment.
While on the small side, the apartment is very well located to nightlife and the metro. The wifi is excellent though the futon is a bit uncomfortable. Aline is a very accommodating hostess, though, and would undoubtedly address any concerns you might have. If you plan to explore Paris day/night, I would suggest this studio as a place to hang your hat.
