Shared pool and boat dock allows a day lounging or a day on the water with your boat. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, washer/dryer, and beach gear.
The space
HI! I'm Brandy and I'd love to have you visit my home. I bought the condo in January of 2021 and poured all my love for customer service into the unit. New paint, new furniture, beach gear, board games, new decor, and more. Now, we have new floors going in for our 2022 guests! Come be a part of the Latitude Adjustment family! About the space:
From the boat dock you can watch the sunrise as you ride down the lagoon in your boat to explore the waters of nearby St. Andrews Bay and Shell Island. The complex is close to family entertainment such as Emerald Falls Rec Center, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and ZooWorld. Outlaw Rentals is less than a mile away! Enjoy the nightlife at the famous Ms. Newby's, Hammerhead Fred's, and Longboards. Grab a pizza at Bricks and Barley and an ice cream at Mr. Puff's, you could really spend your entire visit without driving anywhere!

Other information:
Please keep the doors closed as much as possible. With the hot and humid Florida weather, we want you comfortable. However, you'll be responsible for repairs if the AC freezes up during your stay.
We offer up to 2 parking spots; 1 is included in your rate. An additional $10 will be owed if you bring 2 vehicles. Motorcycles are allowed up to 2 and these will only be charged 1 spot since they can share a space.
We offer a hairdryer, flat iron, a small pack of coffee, some cream and sugar. We have some board games and cards for the rainy days or if you just need a break from the sun.
For the beach, we have a beach cart, umbrella, chairs, and kneeboards for you to use. Sometimes things are left (such as toys), feel free to use them and pay it forward when possible.
We have two ceiling mounted hooks if you want to bring a couple of bicycles. The area is great for riding a bike on those beautiful days!
I will contact you prior to check in if your room is ready earlier than 4 p.m. (CST) for check-in. During peak season, it may not be possible - but, we will try our best.
Deposit/Damage fee: Accidents happen, we understand that. We are willing to work out a resolution with you should something happen. Otherwise, we will go through the Airbnb Resolution Center to file claims when damage isn't reported. If you see something upon check-in, contact us immediately.
You must be 25 years or older to book and be present. HOA and insurance requires it.
If you need to rinse off any beach items, yourself, or personal belongings - there's a water hose/connector in the parking lot by the stored boats and dumpster for your use.
