Interaction with Guests
Don't hesitate to ask for help, we will show you how to find your way through Heidelberg and the surroundings and give you any advice you need.
We are surrounded by higher buildings (with 5-6 floors). Thus, sitting on our veranda, you will feel very involved -at least in summertime- with smells and music and voices and laundry from all the backyards around. It is lovely!
Please! always! make sure the window on the roof top is closed.
And: Please remove your left-overs from the fridge.
We had a wonderful stay in Heidelberg. The flat was in a wonderful location and we had plenty of space for a family of 5. Ruben was able to accommodate our schedule and made himself available to answer any of our questions. He even found us a place that delivered pizza on Christmas Eve! Highly recommend!
Rubin met me when I arrived and was helpful in answering all questions I had. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied and I was able to cook anything. My bedroom was not lockable - it wasn't a problem since the other guest was friendly and I felt comfortable. However, this may bother some guests. I had access to the television with cable, the living room was comfortable, the neighborhood is one of the better ones in Heidelberg, and the walk to the Hauptstrasse was less than 2 KM. There is a good bakery around the corner and groceries within 1 KM. I rented a car and parking was a problem - there are no restriction signs in the streets, but I got a couple of police warnings. It would have been nice to have a resident parking permit to avoid this problem. I was always able to find parking, but there was some restrictions not apparent on street signs. This was a minor problem as I really enjoyed staying here. I would recommend staying at this listing.
My stay at Jay Dee's apartment was very pleasent. It is located in a quiet residential area, was clean and managing the modalities of my stay with her and her son (the actual host) were straight-forward. For me sleeping on the water-bed however did take some getting used to...
ein rundum sorglos packet. vollumfängliche küche, wohlfühl wohnzimmer und ruhiges schlafzimmer. was will man mehr?
Everything was really nice especially considering the price. The water bed was not my thing but trying it out for the first time in my life was also a worthwhile experience. Sadly I was on a business trip so I didn't had really time to see Heidelberg and I was mostly in my room for sleeping. Nevertheless my host offered me tips and knowledge about the places to visit and have a good night out. I would recommend this accommodation!
We have this perfectly located perfect location in Heidelberg and while I am abroad, I rent out the place to nice guests from all over the world!
I am in charge of the bookings, reservations and confirmations, I answer all the questions you may have beforehand and I stay in mail-contact with you until you arrive: then my son Ruben takes over, he lives in the same building and is your host at home in Heidelberg, he will welcome you and help you find your way in the house and in the city.
