The JT Desert Escape is a cozy place to have a relaxing getaway. With incredible views in every direction, you can enjoy a glass of wine on the back porch or a soak in the brand new hot tub. The house is in the perfect location to enjoy all that the town has to offer and still be able to enjoy the relaxing desert scenery in our outdoor space.

The space
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 4 people; 2 queen beds and a comfortable couch for lounging.

Make the most of your relaxing desert getaway with our outdoor porch, firepit, BBQ, outdoor shower and a built-in cowboy tub with hot and cold water and 2 hammocks for stargazing!

The pool is a cowboy tub that can be filled up with water for your use. It then gets drained between each guest. These are meant for soaking in and are a "desert pool".

The property sits on 5 acres of fully fenced desert land perfect for exploring.

Hiking trails are minutes away and its a quick drive to all the unique restaurants and shops that Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley has to offer.

Less than a 10 minute drive to the entrance of Joshua Tree National park and ½ mile away from great restaurants and funky shops in Joshua Tree.

Joshua Tree National Park - It is located less than a 10 minute drive to the entrance of National park. The park entrance fee is $20 for the day or $30 for an annual pass. There are some free entrance days so be sure to check the website for these dates.

Noah Purifoy Exhibit - An outdoor art exhibit is located 10-15 minutes away and is a must see for all art lovers. His installations have been in galleries across the country and this exhibit is a true testament for his amazing work.

The Integratron - This is an unforgettable sound experience for those seeking deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Sound baths are by appointment only by online booking or phone. Integratron is located about 20 minutes away and worth every minute.

Landers Brew Co - If you are looking for a good beer, surrounded by beautiful desert scenery, LBC is the spot. With a friendly bar staff and great selection of drafts and bottles, you can't go wrong. Definitely a must for beer lovers. The 20 minute drive is well worth it to enjoy a beer on the patio or listen to some local live music.

The restaurants in Joshua Tree are amazing. Country Kitchen is perfect for a delicious diner Breakfast and home cooked meals. Crossroads Cafe is a breakfast and lunch hot spot with a wide range of options, including vegan/vegetarian options. Pie For The People is hands down the best pizza in town, the garlic knots are pretty tasty too! Natural Sisters is the vegetarian restaurant in Joshua Tree and has large portions and hearty salads. Joshua Tree Saloon is right down the street and a perfect spot for live music, drinks and be sure to have some BBQ or Mahi Mahi tacos. Pappy and Harriets in Pioneertown the world famous destination for music lovers. We highly recommend you make a reservation in advance to get a table.
