Comfortable private bedroom in a shared historic home, conveniently located in downtown Columbus. This home is a short walk (8-10 minutes) or drive (2 minutes) from Washington Street, which houses many of Columbus’ main downtown attractions and restaurants. This home is also a short distance from many of the downtown Cummins offices, and the Cummins Columbus Engine Plant. **This is a roomshare-style home, so you will have your own private bedroom, and share common areas with other guests.**

The space
This home was built in 1906, and still has much of the original hardwood floors and trim. We have done some painting and redecorating to update the home, but we have kept many of the historic features that make this home so unique. The house is still a bit of a work-in-progress, but it is ready to host you! We are still working on a few finishing touches, such as painting a few more walls and adding a bit more furniture.
