Welcome to 'Breath of the Dove' in Garabandal, which is a beautifully furnished and well appointed home nestled in the heart of the Cantabrian mountains. Enjoy the rugged landscape and nearby coastal regions and discover the peace and serenity found in the village itself and beyond.

Garabandal is a place of pilgrimage and attracts a number of visitors worldwide, owing to its religious background.

The space
The apartment is charming and has been beautifully furnished and decorated. If you enjoy maximum comfort and creative interior design, you'll feel right at home here! The open plan brings light and space into the flat and you can move freely between the kitchen, lounge and dining areas, engaging with friends and family as you work or play or put your feet up!

The main bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and side table while the second has two single beds, a double futon and built in robes. The main bathroom contains a shower/bath and the second a water closet and sink.

You'll also find some rather unique pieces of art which have been lovingly sourced from my travels to different countries abroad.

The home is heated with a powerful pellet stove, and each of the bedrooms has a radiator. Portable fans are also provided.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the office space for computer related purposes. The computer, printer and scanner, coupled with the side cabinet are for private use only.

Garabandal is a quiet village whose activities tend to centre around the daily routine of the Church of San Sebastián. The apartments are positioned just outside of the centre, approximately 150 metres away, within the very heart of nature. The village has a local bar and shop containing some religious articles however Puentenansa (7 kms by car) has a supermarket, gas station, coffee shop, local surgery, pharmacy & banks and as such, is best placed to meet most service needs.

There are also many areas of interest outside of Garabandal including the Picos de Europa National Park & the renowned beaches of Costa Verde. If you are feeling particularly active, you can take many breathtakingly beautiful walks from the village itself.
