Audrey and Steven left food/drinks in the 'fridge for us and Steven met us within minutes of our text that we were around the corner. The neighborhood is totally awesome, very close to Mass Ave, the T, and amazing restaurants, including Giacomo's, recommended by Steven.
Oh, and Whole Foods too.
What a cosy and beautiful apartment! I had my parents visiting the town or a few days and found this nice house. They had a great time in the house -- AC worked well, the house was clean, built-in washer and dryer was useful, etc. It's conveniently located near MFA and the Boston Symphony Hall. Audrey was super-responsive and caring as well. I recommend this place!
Audrey was friendly and well organised, and the apartment was spacious and clean. Everything we needed was provided, the neighbourhood was very safe and there were 2 metro stations/lines close by. It was great to have a washer and dryer to use whilst traveling aswell. We were also within walking distance of Fenway Park and Newbury Street which was really handy. We'd definitely stay here again, highly recommend it!
I used to live in Boston, very near to this location. Now, when I'm back in town for a visit or for work, I love to stay here. Great location, very nice place.
Audrey let us know we could have the apartment a day before our reservation and met me that night to give me keys and instructions. It made moving in easier the next day. She give us two sets of keys so we could come and go separately and made it clear to call if any questions. She was available by instant message to address any small problems that arose (lights and cable connection) during our stay. When she came over she brought more towels and made sure we had sufficient essentials like toilet paper. Location was great for us due to proximity of our daughter's apartment, the T and other cultural and shopping attractions. Beautiful street and quiet apartment. Only one night of noise coming from another street-probably some students partying on a weekend night. Apartment was basically clean and had things like coffee available to make in the morning. Having a water and dryer in the unit was a real plus as we thought the add indicated it was only in the building. Apartment was as advertised and no major disappointments, in fact we were please over all and would consider it again if Audrey will have us.
Audrey and Steven were very gracious hosts. Check in was flexible, quick and easy. The apartment was as represented. Would recommend anyone coming to Boston to check out this place!
My husband and I stayed at Audrey's place for 7 days. The place was very cozy, homey and tasteful. We loved it when we saw the photos, and it is exactly as it is when we stepped into the apartment. It was very well-equipped with pretty much all that we need, including wifi, homecooking stuff and laundry. It is a comfortable 10-15 minutes walk to Berklee and the T subway station. We feel very safe walking in the neighborhood. Street parking was free overnight with 2hrs during the day. We really appreciated Audrey's responsiveness and hospitality. We will surely come back if we visit Boston again.
