Spacious parking, surrounded by a beautiful green space on 15 acres. Conveniently located near the Razorback Greenway, bike trails and 8.5 miles away from XNA airport. Easy drive to every downtown in NW Arkansas! This is a smoke free property.

The space
Smoke free property with 2 elegant private suites with a total of 3 queen beds, 1 twin daybed, 2 sofa beds and 2 full bathrooms with a kitchen and laundry room. Enjoy free coffee in either of 2 spacious master rooms or go outside and soak up amazing views from the covered porch area. Outdoor furniture and a grill also available. Space is perfect for a large family or those traveling with pets.

Guest access
All guests will have unlimited access to 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen and laundry area. A covered porch with outdoor furniture, rocking chairs and grill are available. No smoking allowed inside property grounds

During your stay
Hosts reside above the suites and are available most of the time. Suites are for guest use only. There is plenty of parking and the suites are easily accessible.

Other things to note
Hosts live on upper level of house and use separate entrance. To use gym, please contact host in advance. Please note no smoking on property grounds allowed.

While we are conveniently located to all of NWA, our quiet seclusion is what really makes this space special. We are only 2 miles from the nearest police station. A disc golf course is available to any guest for free.

We got married in July 2016 and merged our family of 7! Two years later we became empty-nesters and decided to travel around the world and visit as many CrossFit boxes as we could. During this time we enjoyed learning about other cultures through Air BNB and the CrossFit community. In 2020 we found this amazing property that gave us the opportunity to combine the things that we enjoy the most: an incredible personal gym space and a Loft area to bring in guests from anywhere in the world. During our free time we enjoy to do friendly CrossFit competitions, spend time with our friends and close family, and some real state development. We hope that you have a 5 star stay and we would appreciate a 5 star review!!!
