This two floor spacious villa consists of a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house, PLUS a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom smaller house and is located in the most upscale area of Aruba: Tierra del Sol.
The villa is a designers dream and gives you a warm feeling from the moment you enter.
Both homes combined host 12 guests comfortably and give you the privacy and freedom to enjoy a worry free vacation in the lap of luxury.

The space
If elegance and luxury are what you are looking for, you found it! This villa has a WOW factor and is one of our most beautiful homes.
This gorgeously styled home has great features, amazing top of the line bathrooms, marble floors; an incredible kitchen, only the finest! Stay in this villa and you will never want to leave...
Ofcourse we also supply beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, there is a washer and dryer, a safe to store your valuables, free WiFi, we have it all.
The larger villa has four bedrooms with 4 ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms have a beautiful balcony or outdoor space with outdoor furniture and gorgeous views. The kitchen is large and fully equiped with anything you need to cook any meal at home. The entire villa is airconditioned with a central airconditioner. On the patio we have a beautiful large dining table with a gas grill.
Next to the kitchen is a laundry area with washer and dryer.
On the other side of the pool is the smaller home with 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living area and kitchen. This home is completely aircondioned as well.
We rent both homes together and not separate, to ensure complete privacy.
The pool is between the 4 bedroom home and the 2 bedroom home. The small seating area in the pool with jets, is not heated.
There is TV in the living area of the large house and the apartment, but the bedrooms have no TV.
We have been a Superhost on AirBnb for over 10 years now, so you will be in good hands with the Marin Family!

Our home and yard/pool area is yours during your stay. You will have complete privacy.
The Tierra del Sol clubhouse with pool and gym and spa are not included in your rental. Tennis and Golf are not included.
There is a restaurant at the Clubhouse which you are welcome to dine at.
Gym: USD 15 per day or USD 75 per week.
Price includes use of the sauna, steamroom and locker service. Guests must bring own towel. Minimum age: 16
Pool passes: USD 35 per adult (includes USD 20 food and beverage credit) and USD 25 per child (includes USD 10 food and beverage credit).
The clubhouse pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9am to 5pm

Other things to note
We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial losses associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO or Airbnb cancellation policy and only refund according to those policies.
Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental. Please report running toilets or leaks immediately so someone can come and repair. Also please make sure windows and doors stay closed while using the airconditioning.
On behalf of Casa Mia, we place a ‘welcome package’ in your home for the first few days of your rental.
These items include toilet paper (2 rolls per toilet), kitchen paper (1), dishwashing sponge (1), dishwashing
liquid, handsoap and garbage bags (5). We also have coffee, sugar, tea, coffee filters and some detergent for the a few washes.
Our homes also have a decent amount of condiments and spices for cooking. These items come and go, so the inventory is not consistent.
Should any of these items run out during your stay, you would have to purchase these at your own expense.
We also provide linen for the beds, 1 big and one small bath towel and 1 one beach towel per guest, a cooler
and beach chairs to take to the beach.
We do not provide an umbrella since they tend to be hazardous with the strong winds in Aruba, they break
within a day. All watersport huts rent lounge chairs and large heavy duty parasols.
We might have inflatable pool floats or other things like snorkel masks, however, guests also break them and loose them all the time, other guests do leave some again, so we cannot guarantee their presence.
Hair dryer, iron and ironing board are present in our home.
We do not supply washcloths, shampoo, body wash and conditioner in our bathrooms.
Your rental does NOT include using the facilities of the Tierra del Sol country club. These facilities consist of a Clubhouse with a restaurant and a pool, a spa, gym, tennis courts and golf. You are welcome to use the facilities for a fee.

CAR RENTAL:
We highly recommend renting a car while on vacation in Aruba.
The heat makes even small distances uncomfortable to walk, especially carrying beach chairs, towels, coolers, beach bag, floats and other things that make your beach time more enjoyable. Getting sunburned walking back from the beach may negatively affect your entire vacation.
Furthermore, the roads are a bit dark at night and since everyone drives everywhere, most roads have no sidewalks so you walk in the sand next to the roads.
Driving is easy in Aruba! Traffic is slow and the island is very small (you drive from one tip of the island to the other tip in 45 minutes!) so you can't really get lost.
And maybe the most import reason to rent a car: you will get to see so much more of Aruba and make the most out of your vacation.
TAXI SERVICE:
Taxi service is great, very fast and safe, but leaving the house a few times a day for groceries, beach visits and restaurants might cost more in the end than renting a car, so you might as well rent a car and enjoy the luxury to have 24 hour transportation at your fingertips.
Please be aware taxis are not allowed to take on more than 5 passengers, so for large groups it will cost you 4 taxis for a round trip out of the house.
