The space
This space is perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. It is comfortable and private, yet well-suited for time in residence as well as adventures in Astoria and greater NYC. Conveniently, there is a lovely coffee roaster across the street for your morning java. The restaurant scene in Astoria is notable for its quality and the diversity of cuisine. Pub/bar scene--same thing.

Where you’ll be

Queens, New York, United States

Astoria has always been a haven for new immigrants from all over the world. These days, this part of Astoria is known for its progressive politics (AOC is our Rep.), many bars and restaurants, most with sidewalk/garden dining venues. It also hosts a lovely park along the East River, popular with sports enthusiasts, dog-owners, yogis and families.

My husband and I have lived and worked in New York for over twenty-five years. We love Astoria for its 'old New York' neighborhood qualities, funky restaurants and cafes, and easy access to all points on the map.

During your stay

My husband, Joshua, and I, are here to help you navigate, find what you need. We are particularly well acquainted with art events around the city.
