The space
Outside the house has a spacious deck with outdoor furniture for you to enjoy.
(Outside furniture not available in winter). The living room has an L shaped newer couch with a queen sofa sleeper and a flat screen TV with Internet and streaming. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your needs. There is a dining room table that seats 8.

Guest access
You will have access to the inside of the entire house. Outside the house, there is a deck and some grass area. There is a shared gas grill. The outdoor shower is shared between the front and back house. The shed behind the house is for the owner only.

Parking is on a stone and grass driveway along the left side of both houses. There is room for 2 cars. Cars must be parked past the front house to allow for a drop off area for the front house. No vehicles can block the entrance to the property. Cannot part past the neighbors white fence.

Other things to note
There is a Welcome Book in the house with pertinent information. It is a short read but informative. Guests are required to follow all house rules.
