This is a duplex apartment available. My Mother and I live in the other half of the duplex so one of us is usually on site at all times. We are offering a fully furnished living space and a desk for a work area. There is a TV and DVD player with some movies provided. There is a queen bed In the bedroom with a tv also. In the kitchen, we have included a coffee bar with a variety of coffees, tea, snacks and breakfast items. Cooking necessities are available.Smoking space outside. NO PETS!!!!

We are close to I-12 and a lot of shopping and restaurants within 5 miles. Centrally located between Mandeville and Madisonville. Just a short drive away from Ponchatrain lakefront and the Trace bike trail.
