The space features six bedrooms with king and queen beds, each with its own bathroom and Roku TV. The charming breakfast porch is perfect for group meals, while the living room provides a cozy gathering spot. Original character details blend seamlessly with updated kitchens and bathrooms.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.

Pets are welcome, but NO PETS ON FURNITURE or there will be an additional $150 charge if there is evidence of hair on couch cushions or bedding where it was obvious a pet was laying.

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 100 yards from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.
