Balashi is centrally located in a quiet area five minutes from Santa Cruz. The small cozy beaches of Pos Chiquito and Mangel Halto can be reached within five minutes. Due to its central location, you can reach Oranjestad or San Nicolaas in fifteen minutes. Just past Oranjestad you will find Aruba's beautiful white beaches at Eagle Beach and you will find yourself in Aruba's vibrant nightlife.
Balashi borders the Arikok National Nature Park. From here a beautiful trip along the rugged north coast is more than worthwhile.
