Just 9 houses from the bay, throw in a line & go fishing at the ferry jetties, while feet away the rest of the group soaks up the sun on the beach! Enjoy the neighborhood pool, or one of the waterfront restaurants, all just a few blocks away. Spot a school of dolphins under a red-sky sunset before an evening of grilling, cornhole & drinks by the fire, or lounging watching TV on the screened in porch.

The space
This home provides luxury design and qualities throughout. Situated just one block from the bay, in the quiet bayside neighborhood of North Cape May. Our neighborhood boasts its free secluded beaches and amazing cotton candy sunsets every night. It is one of the only neighborhoods on the east coast where you can see sunsets.

Head down to the bay with your little ones, to build a sand castle and enjoy the calm waves of the bay. Get active on your kayaks, or on a run along our paved waterfront sidewalks. Relax in an oversized raft or soak up the sun with your toes in the sand. Close by a grocery store, mini golf with ice-cream, and multiple restaurant options. Also just minutes from the hustle and bustle of Victorian Cape May city center, Beach Plum Farm, the Cape May Zoo, and award winning Wineries in every direction.

This is a quiet neighborhood which is 9 houses from a secluded beach, and 5 blocks from a neighborhood pool, and 5 blocks to a local favorite bay-front seafood restaurant with live music. Victorian Cape May city center and Beach Plum Farm are a short drive, and the famous Cape May Winery and Cape May Lewes Ferry are even closer.
