Our beautiful home is a 10 min walk to down town Vineyard Haven, a 12 minute drive to State Beach, and has a beautifully landscaped yard. It’s a family friendly home with toys, an outdoor mud kitchen, and books. There are walking trails behind the house. The listing says there are 11 beds, but there are not. Beds: king bed, 2 twin beds, a twin bunk bed, & the couch pulls out into a double bed.

The space
The home is located at the end of a dirt road and has a beautifully landscaped yard. It features an open floor plan downstairs. When you come in the front door, there is a spacious mud room for shoes, coats, beach bags, umbrellas, etc. The washer and dryer are in the mud room

Off of the mud room are the kitchen and living room, with an open floor plan and ceilings with beautiful antique beams.

Kitchen features:
- Tea Kettle and Coffee Maker
- Tea, Coffee, cooking spices, condiments, oils & vinegars, and baking supplies for your use.
Kitchen appliances:
- Toaster oven
- Dish Washer
- No microwave
- Stand up blender
- Hand mixer

Children
- Our home has lots of toys and craft supplies that your children are welcome to use. Please do not take toys or art supplies home with you.

The yard features beautifully landscaped gardens and a mud kitchens for children to play in.

There are two decks off the house. A large one on the side yard with patio furniture and a smaller one at the entrance.

Enjoy our outdoor shower that has a big shower head, a foot soaker, and lots of hooks for clothes and towels.

***The tenant in the apartment attached to the house is a local island chef and business owner. She works long days and is very quiet. Her friendly cat lives with her and is often playing in the yard.*** She also uses the outdoor shower.

There are hiking trails if you stay on the road past the house that lead to a large soccer field and go through the woods.

The house is a 15 minute walk to downtown Vineyard Haven and a 12 minute drive to State Beach. The grocery store is a 2 minute drive.

Other things to note
The house is split into 2 sections. Unit A, which is my home that I’m renting out, and unit B, which is where a year round island chef and business owner lives with her cat. Unit A is the right hand portion of the home and is 2 floors. Unit B is the left hand side of the home, where the covered porch is. Each unit has 2 private patios. The tenant in unit B works long days during the summer and you most likely won’t see her but her friendly cat may be seen playing and lounging in the yard.
