Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire private cottage, including the yard, hot tub, and outdoor spaces.

The cottage is located on the Delaney Ridge property but is a separate, standalone space. The surrounding property is private and not included with the rental.

Guests attending an event will have access to venue areas only during their scheduled times.

There is one locked owner’s closet in the hallway that is not accessible to guests.

Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests and pets.

Dogs are welcome with a $75 per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs).

This is a quiet property—no parties or events are allowed.
