The dream vacation mountain home is here! Built in 2017, this spacious cabin is located in the White Mountains and close to many attractions, including: hiking trails, golf (Owl's Nest is less than 10 min), and skiing (Waterville/Loon are less than 20 min)!

The space
Enjoy free WiFi throughout, with a modern kitchen, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, loft, basement bonus room, wood burning fireplace, large deck, propane gas grill, and an outdoor fire pit.

Located within Waterville Estates, guests can take a short walk to the community center to enjoy an assortment of amenities. Two (2) passes provided upon check-in, additional day-passes can be purchased from estates management. Waterville Estates is a resort-like experience with indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts, a playground, a pond with a sandy beach that's great for paddle-boarding, fishing, and ice skating.

Other things to note
Two (2) passes to the community center are included. Each pass will get one guest into the community center throughout your stay. Additional day passes can be purchased ($10 on weekdays, $20 on weekend and holidays).

The road and driveway are not paved. Driveway is steep. Please be careful and plan accordingly.

Baby items (crib, bassinet, etc) are available upon request.
