This is a lovely, well stocked, 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo. Tastefully decorated with a wonderful Hawaiiana Feel.
Enjoy the over sized lanai, with comfortable furnishings, for reading, relaxing and dining.
The sunsets are amazing, and the mornings are cool and quiet.

The price listed DOES NOT INCLUDE the Hawaiian VAT TAX, of 14.5% .
Beaches, restaurants, snorkeling, all within a quick walk.

OVER IRONMAN THE RATE GOES UP AND IT IS A 9 NIGHT MINIMUM.

The space
Our condo is a good sized one bedroom located in the middle of town. There is a king bed and a trundle with new full sized mattresses, as well as a pull out, outside on the Lanai. Minutes to the Pier, the beach and everything in Kona, all an easy walk.
We have free parking in the building, that is safe and secure.
The Unit is clean and well equipped with anything you need for a Hawaiian Holiday..
The kitchen is well stocked with every appliance possible. The BBQ area is on the 3rd level minutes from the door, with a beautiful view of the Church, Palace and Alii Drive.
Google The Historical Walking Food Tour, for a fun intro to the food scene in Kona.
I have a list of fun things to do on the island, as well as available tours.
In the looseleaf on the table I have local places to eat and shop.

Guest access
You are welcome to use and enjoy everything the building has to offer.
I supply beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, snorkel gear and a boogie board.
Pool, Parking, BBQ decks, easy access to everything downtown.
Just make sure you register your car with the office.
On weekends there is no one in attendance, so please fill out the page on the entrance table, and place in your car.

Other things to note
During Ironman there is a 9 night minimum stay.

This is a safe secure , clean building. There is ample place for parking under the building. The location is in the middle of town. Kona is a sleepy seaside town that shuts done at 10:00pm. There is no noise from the neighborhood. The lanai is comfortable and private. The building is friendly and has elevators.
