About this listing
It’s the perfect place to make your staying in Milan unforgettable. Cozy, charming, fully equiped and very exclusive private room with a double size bed and a marvellous balcony in the same room, very lightly and confortable.
Brand new flat with two bedrooms (one is mine, the other is for renting), two bathrooms (one private for the guests), a spacious and chilling living room with all confort like plasma TV, dolby sorround stereo, fast wifi internet connection, etc, tastily furnished and very relaxing.
There is also a big kitchen with all the facilities such as microwave, oven, washing machine, etc, and - absolutely a must - a second balcony watching straight to the amazing park of Porta Venezia (2 minutes by walking from the flat) where you can have dinner, lunch or just chill out outside during a beautiful sunny day.
Possibility to park your bicycle inside the building in the flower courtyard inside.
The flat is big and very cosy, located in the main centre and very well connected, meaning 10 minutes by walking to Duomo, 10 minutes by walking from the main train station (Stazione Centrale), just at the beginning of the commercial street of Corso Buenos Aires, with all its shops and boutiques.
The area is full of nice restaurants, bars and lounges, but you are also close to Corso Como, Moscova and Brera, where the nightlife of Milan takes place...
What more could be added? Come, see it and be sure you will feel at home!
Simply.... respect of my home and belongings.
I will be pleased to share with you my place, my belonging and my style of life, which I assume is the classical "milanese" life, introducing you to my friends and giving any suggestion that you may need, but as long as there is respect of me, my house and belongings.
Thanx for the unvorgettable stay in your beautifull apartment.
Your kindness and very good local tipps make our trip to milano so good!
Hope to see you one day in Hannover.

Although Stefano was away during our stay, he thoroughly informed us directions to the apartment as well as provided other tips like how to get around the city etc. Also the cleaning lady who came daily was super lovely & helpful as she helped clean, dry, iron and even fold our clothes. The place was definitely very convenient - only a 2 minute walk to the metro and the famous shopping district. While the air-con unfortunately wasn't working, we had a fan so we got by. We also had the whole apartment to ourselves so that was nice. Would recommend to anyone.
Staying in Milano by Stefano was a very good experience. It was unfortunately an extremely hot week and his air condition did not function, Stefano supplied us a fan which made it still bearable..
Stefano was very helpful with tips about the area.
The place get cleaned every day.
The area is perfect, very close to the main train station and to a metro station which will bring you very fast to the center (even walking it is close)
Thanks you Stefano
We had a great stay at Stefano's place: it's very well located, 1-min away from the nearest M1 metro station, and less than 10 min from Milano Centrale (15 min walk, if you so wish). You can get to Duomo in 15 min, maybe less. Well suited for single or couple travellers.
Stefano and Flora were great hosts. Flora was there to greet me when I came and was happy to give me recommendations for places to eat and see nearby. As I was only in Milan briefly, the location was quite good for getting around, and the Porta Venezia area is nice (though I wish I had gotten to explore more).
On arrival we were greeted by the property caretaker who took us to Stefano's apartment, he greeted us and was super friendly and seemed like a very kind man, he showed us our room and the facilities in the unit and the bathroom we were to use.
This is where the shock set in, the bedroom had a filthy floor mat, the bathroom even though Stephano apologised and said the cleaning lady had not been for a week, however was (coming on Monday) this room appeared to my friend and I not to have been cleaned for a month at least and smelt accordingly. The glass door and walls to the shower had soap scum, the floor mat was filthy and the handbasin was dirty, the whole bathroom needed to be scrubbed clean, further more after we cleaned the shower ourselves the showed rose was that blocked the water burst out the sides and not through the holes designed for it.
Generally speaking the whole experience was a disaster and we cancelled our remaining night.
