There is a small kitchen unit with a fridge on one side, which makes self-catering possible. The attached bathroom has a shower supplied by hot water from our solar heating system. All windows and doors have mosquito screens to make your stay really comfortable.
Sorry, there's no internet, but it is available only 200 meters away at a restaurant / bar that has wifi.
This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Please smoke outside in the garden and use an ashtray. Keep the screen windows and door closed as they keep mosquitoes and other insects out!
Please wash/wipe off excess sand before entering the room. Sand washed into the shower drain can cause it to block.

Parking is not possible inside the complex. If you have a car, please park it outside the gate.
We are senior citizens and stayed three nights at Rlma's place. We enjoyed our stay very much. The residential complex and the room itself is pleasant, clean and quiet . It was great to sit outside on the porch with mild rain and a forest all around.
Anita and the security guys were quick to respond to minor problems which we encountered.
Since this was off season most eating joints were not functional but we had good stuff at Mango tree.Breakfast was in the room with basics which Rlma had thoughtfully placed in the room.
We walked to the beach and also climbed the Chapora fort. Both experiences were very enjoyable.
We broke the law and rode three on a motorcycle taxi to the main road 2kms away to a eatery called "Anand" which serves some excellent sea food
Krishna was a friendly Taxi guy who took us to Anjuna,Baga, and Calangute beaches. Dinner at Souza Lobo at Calangute was nostalgia -we went after 15 years.
On the last day Krishna took us to Fort Aguada and then a beachfront lunch at the Taj Vivanta.Again nostalgia and a fantastic buffet.
Would recommend Rima's place strongly
We had a wonderful stay at Rima's apartment in Vagator. So wonderful, in fact, that our 4-day stay became a 12-day stay!
The apartment is large, comfortable, and very clean, in large part due to Anita, the friendly and helpful housekeeper. The apartment is located in the far corner of the complex and below street level, so it's incredibly quiet and peaceful; you may occasionally hear a distant thumping bassline at night, but it's hardly a bother. The complex is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the pool is always welcoming in the heat. The neighborhood is nice too, with several shops, restaurants, and bars very close by and Vagator beach not very far away either.
Rima is very friendly and helpful and it was very easy to communicate with her over email. She was very accommodating with our trip extension and it was a real pleasure staying at her place.
I had a fantastic stay at Rima's apartment. If you are looking to explore North Goa, this is the place to stay. Its very close to almost every beach of fame in the north including Calangute, Baga, Candolim etc.
If you are in the zone of just soaking the sun and taking it slow, then Vagator has you covered. A brisk walk of 5-8 mins will bring you to the beach for a day of relaxing in the sun. Only flipside being the lack of beach shacks in this area (only one), this however, sets this beach as an ideal getaway spot from the regular hustle of other Goan beaches.
The road leading down to the beach is lined with eateries. Do try to have at least one meal at Mango Tree, you will definetly come back for the second one.
Aldeia Portuguesa, is a set of portugese styled bungalows/houses and Rima's apartment is on the far side, surrounded by a lush green forest. There is a pool in the center of the society if you feel like taking a dip. The apartmemt is very well maintained with basic amenities including telivision with cable, toaster, gas, fridge etc.
Everyone is super friendly and helpful, especially Rima who will hand you a bunch of welcome instructions which will include contacts, directions and suggestions for local restaurants, taxi and car rentals etc.
Absolutely coming back for a second stay!
Rima welcomed us warmly and had arranged for small little things like water, food and groceries. She gave us a ready list of places to visit, restaurants nearby, and key contacts for taxi and medical stores, which was really helpful.
The studio apartment is in a very good location with clean beach of vagator, which is less crowded. The complex is very green, clean and safe with guards at the gate 24x7. The apartment itself is spacious and very well maintained
We are definitely coming back to stay here!
The apartment was spacious, well kept, calm and the view from the apartment was serene. The small kitchen area was of great help. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend the same to our friends and family.
The studio is located on the main Vagator beach road which in my opinion is the best beach in Goa. The picturesque apartment complex is surrounded by a small forest and is in walking distance to the village market and the beach. Rima is a great host and ensures that one has access to all the facilities required for comfortable stay. It was a pleasure staying at this place and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a peaceful place to stay on their next trip to Goa.
Rima was not in Goa, when i went on this trip, but she made all arrangement for my arrival, The listing description was very accurate, the neighborhood was perfect. there were very few people living in the apartment complex but that didn't matter it was clam and peaceful. it was safe with CCTV protected.
