Indoor stacked washer and dryer as well as 2nd set washer dryer in garage.

The house's front yard and backyard spaces landscaped for maximum comfort. Outdoor furniture, fire pit, heater, dining table and turf backyard for year round enjoyment. New marine grade outdoor grill/kitchen island and new sectional in backyard.

Garage is another playspace with pool table, ping pong table, bikes and flat screen TV (Roku). Beach chairs, wagon and boogie boards, wet suits, cooler available for use. Electric car charging available (Tesla and other) available.

Natural Bridges State Beach - less than a 10 minute walk away
West Cliff Ave- one block away
West side Santa Cruz's popular restaurants, pubs and coffee houses are all within walking distance. Downtown SC and nearby Boardwalk, Twin Lakes, Pleasure Point, Capitola and Wilder Ranch provides endless options to explore where you can surf, bike or just hangout.

Located just 30 miles to SJC and most of Silicon Valley.
