These 4 original Ocean Front 1 bedroom, 1 bath Mission Beach cottages are located just 1 block to the main strip of Old Mission Beach. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars & pubs within close walking distance.

Property comes fully furnished with, 4 Full kitchen, one BBQ for every unit, flatscreen TV with AT& T Uverse digital cable with 300 channels in HD, free high speed 1 gbps Fiber Mesh WIFI 6 Internet and media devices for apps. Patios for each cottage overlooking the ocean with shower to rinse off after a refreshing surf session or swim.

Each Cottage comes fully furnished with plenty of linen & towels, Full kitchen with pots, pans, plates, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, a BBQ for every unit, flatscreen TVs with digital cable, and Amazon Firestick in Living Rooms, TVs in bedroom with Amazon Firesticks, 1GBPS Fiber high speed Mesh WIFI 6 Internet. A front dutch door in case you would like fresh warm moist air. large patios overlooking the ocean with shower to rinse off after a refreshing surf session or swim. Plus lots of seating inside and outside.

Lots of beach toys and games for the children:
sand castle building items, Frisbee, smash ball, beach chairs, footballs, boogie boards, surfboard, etc.

Airport and Downtown is just 10 minutes away. La Jolla is just 1.5 miles away, an easy bike ride up the coast! Pacific Beach is just 1/2 mile north and Ocean Beach is about 2 miles south.

Public bus stop is 1 block away on the main street- Mission Blvd.

Extremely close to all restaurants, shops, bike rentals, surfboard rentals, pair sailing, jet skis, etc.

For friend groups we require everyone in the group to be over the age of 30 and could not agree to more than 16 people total (incl. visitors).
