Built around our grandest juniper, Ashley’s Treehouse was once a childhood retreat, now transformed into a cozy glamping escape. Featuring a queen bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, and outdoor deck with breathtaking sunrise views, it blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Relax on the swing bench, fire up the grill, and enjoy one of our pet- and kid-friendly stays. A true treetop retreat where nature and nostalgia meet.

The space
Ashley’s Treehouse at El Mistico Ranch offers stunning balcony views of the Lincoln National Forest from a 7,300’ elevation, surrounded by piñon pine, juniper, and cacti-covered hills. With minimal light pollution, it’s a perfect spot for stargazing. Guests can explore nearby trails, including the prominent Nogal Peak crest trail (9,600’ elevation).

A 3-5 minute trail walk from the parking area leads to the treehouse, with Gorilla carts available for luggage. For added convenience, a VIP golf cart service can be requested. Chester, the ranch’s friendly Saint Bernard, roams the property, ensuring security and occasionally escorting guests to their units.

Ashley’s Treehouse is a 5-minute walk from the parking area. We provide carts to assist with luggage. Please check the Nogal, NM weather before your visit to ensure you’re prepared. If arriving after sunset, a flashlight is recommended. For any special assistance, feel free to message us.

For the safety and comfort of all our guests and animals, we kindly ask that all pets be kept on a leash outside your unit and also no pets are allowed on the furniture. (One pet is the maximum for Ashley's Treehouse, Crow's Nest, Silver Bullet and Casita Mistica)
