Location

Quincy, Washington, United States

Sunland Estates is a one-of-a-kind community incorporated into the unique geography of central Washington. It occupies a small outcropping between the Columbia River and dramatic basalt cliffs that rise overhead. Most Sunland Estates properties belong to Seattle residents who spend their summers here, and only a few homes are available as vacation rentals—our duplex among that rare few. As a guest, you can enjoy HOA perks like an Olympic-sized swimming pool with kid-approved water features, plus a community-only riverfront park with play structures, tennis & volleyball courts and picnic tables. Grab sandwich fixings from our local general store and pack a lunch to enjoy on the banks of the Columbia between swimming, playing and sunning.
