With two bay windows there is a ton of light in our 1 bedroom apartment. A two minute walk to the N train gives you quick access to downtown. We also have not ONE but TWO terrariums and over 22 pillows. This place pretty much has it all :-)
This apartment is our home in San Francisco when we are here for business. When we are traveling elsewhere for business, the place is all yours!
Located on a quiet, tree-lined street in Cole Valley, steps from coffee and French pastries on Cole, historic Haight Street and the magnificent Golden Gate Park, this open, bright, airy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment sits in one of the loveliest and most accessible neighborhoods in San Francisco.
Public transportation is just down and around the corner and is a straight, speedy shot to both downtown San Francisco (Union Square, The Ferry Building) and, in the opposite direction, Ocean Beach. An adventure in the Napa Valley is only a 45 minute drive away via the Golden Gate Bridge and a majestic ride through wine country. As the possibilities are endless, we would be delighted to help you with additional local recommendations!
This sunny apartment is spotless, spacious, private and decorated minimally. Therefore, you can really make it your own! We certainly do all that we can to help make our place a home away from home and you are invited to do the same. It has proved to be a true sanctuary amongst the hustle and bustle of San Francisco.
The apartment includes (1) bedroom and (1) bathroom. The couch is also a double bed in hiding and there are additional sheets and a duvet for this!
You will be provided with: Comfy linens, clean towels, ample closet and dresser space, a peaceful living area, a semi-equipped kitchen with a full kitchen table and chairs and wireless Internet. There is also a coin-operated laundry facility in the building.
Again, this is our place when we do business in San Francisco, so we simply use Airbnb when we are doing business elsewhere. Though we won't be in town while you are, this does not mean that we won't be accessible. We have a dear friend and local San Franciscan managing our space for us and she will always be available for questions and local advice!
We feel so lucky to be doing business in San Francisco, adore this incredible city and want you to experience all of the riches the Bay Area has to offer!

Andrew's place is cozy, clean and easy to get to. We stayed for 6 days and could get to all the places around the city that we needed to from his place. Internet was fast, and there was plenty of space in the living room and around the kitchen table. I would be happy to stay here again my next time through SF.
Andrew's place was tidy and close to where we needed to be. Worked out perfectly for our trip.
Really great place, quiet neighborhood and close proximity to the park (easy walking distance). Conveniently located for access to Haight Ashbury, buses, trains, etc.
Very glad we chose this apartment for our stay.
Fantastic apartment, everything is new and clean, lots of light, quiet neighborhood. Next door neighbor Ted was very helpful for getting the keys.
Really nice place, close to Kezar Stadium, Golden Gate Park and The Haight. I'd recommend it to anyone. Clean, comfortable, safe and well located. Thanks Andrew!
Great place to stay - quiet, convenient and full of light as promised
Andrew had great communication and was very helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely stay again.
The apartment is nice and cozy, exactly as advertised. Location is very convenient, if you like that part of the city.
Andrew's place was exactly what we wanted. The area around the place had many little restaurants and cafés and is a short walk to Golden Gate Park and The Haight. Lots of good places to wander and if you want to go farther, the train is just around the corner. The apartment is clean, attractively decorated, and nicely equipped. We would absolutely stay here again.
Note that --like many SF neighborhoods-- parking is 2 hours or less without a permit during the week, but not restricted on the weekend.
Andrew's place is exactly as described... wonderful! Clean, cozy, inviting, and lots of throw pillows! Great neighborhood, easy access to the rest of the City, and no problems with the check in. I'd go back again, and again.
