The space
The Gulf Coast light arrives early in Port Aransas - soft at first, then wide and bright across the bay as the morning opens up. From this beachfront home, the water isn't a backdrop; it's the whole point. Seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and space for sixteen or more guests means everyone has room to settle in, spread out, and stay as long as the tide allows.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Seven bedrooms configured across 3 king beds, 4 queen beds, and 2 bunk beds give this home the flexibility to work for family reunions, large friend groups, and multigenerational trips alike. Every guest arrives to a fully made-up space - bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and hangers already in place. Six full bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers, a bathtub, and a complete set of bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel.
 
Living spaces
Between beach runs and waterfront evenings, the main living area gives the group somewhere to decompress together. Comfortable seating, an HDTV, and books and reading material keep things easy on slower afternoons. Wi-Fi runs throughout the home, and a dedicated workspace in a common area keeps anyone who needs to stay connected sorted. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans manage the coastal Texas heat, with heating available when the temperature drops after dark.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is set up for group-scale cooking without the hassle. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher are all on hand, alongside cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, blender, baking sheet, and barbecue utensils. A drip coffee maker and Keurig machine handle mornings. The dining table seats the full group, and the outdoor dining area shifts meals outside - bay and beach views stretching wide as the backdrop.
 
Outdoor living
A shared patio or balcony, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a shared backyard - note the backyard is not fully fenced - give everyone room to find their spot without crowding. An outdoor shower handles the post-beach rinse, and a private entrance keeps arrivals smooth for a group this size.
 
Pool & waterfront access
Beachfront access puts the shoreline steps from the front door. The shared heated outdoor pool is open year-round from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and the shared hot tub runs from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM - a natural place to wind down after a full day on the water. Bay, beach, ocean, and pool views are on offer from different points across the property, so no two guests need to share the same vantage point.
 
Amenities & practicalities
An in-unit washer and dryer, drying rack, iron, and clothing storage keep longer stays comfortable. Towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are all provided. Families with little ones will find a crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, and children's dinnerware already waiting. A trash compactor, first aid kit, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher round out the home's safety and convenience setup. Free parking is available on premises and on the street. Neighborhood highlights

We are located in the highly sought-after Sand Point Subdivision. This private neighborhood offers guest one of the only two private beach access points via the board walk just a couple house down from our home. In addition, we are located right across the street from the community pool and hot tub. Also, The Beach Lounge is the only restaurant ON THE BEACH and is located in our neighborhood just steps from the house.
