Just 10 minutes from Glacier National Park, this yurt has everything you’ll need for a weekend getaway or an extended Montana adventure! Featuring a queen-sized bed, loveseat, kitchenette, and WiFi. The yurt is set in a wooded neighborhood & is adjacent to our garden. Our guests can dine in a lovely private outdoor grilling space. Steps from the yurt is your private bathroom with a shower, high ceilings & rustic woodwork.

The space
Made by local Montana craftsmen, our 20ft Shelter Designs yurt offers a spacious hotel room feel, with all the charm of a rustic cabin in the woods. The separate bath invites you outdoors to stargaze and the kitchenette and grill space gives you the option to dine in and avoid the crowds.

Guest access
Guests have access to the yurt and separate private bathroom on the back of the shop house. You have your own outdoor dining space alongside the yurt. You also have an outdoor native plant garden path to wander alongside the yurt to relax. The fenced garden often has herbs growing that you can harvest for cooking alfresco!

Other things to note
Your hosts live in the shop on property and are nearby in case you have any problems or concerns. We strive to respect our guest’s privacy while they’re home but will always offer a friendly hello if we’re out in the yard.

Neighborhood highlights

Our neighborhood is conveniently located off Highway 2 and ten minutes from Glacier’s western entrance. There are hundreds of miles of hiking trails, incredible rivers for rafting & fly-fishing, lakes, and mountain views, all literally right out the back door.

Like all accommodations in the area, we are situated near the historic Great Northern Railroad. Guests will be provided with ear plugs to help you sleep soundly.
