Completely Remodeled! Cozy mountain 2 BR 2 bath condo nestled right into Roosevelt National Forest and just steps from roaring Fall River. The private deck makes for the most amazing view overlooking it all. Enjoy your morning coffee there watching the wildlife, or evening wine soaking in the hot tub. It's all sure to sooth the soul! The interior has a sweet modern/vintage vibe including some fun eclectic custom murals.
Best of all it's only minutes from RMNP entrance & Downtown Estes. Wi-Fi

The space
The Master Bedroom is spacious with a king size bed and private bath. It also boasts a 65 inch smart TV and beautiful custom art work, as well as a separate entrance with a private deck.
The second bedroom is upstairs and also has a king size bed, private bath and smart TV
The couch is a queen size sofa sleeper.
There Is a cozy gas fireplace and washer and drier for your convenience.

The fully stocked kitchen has full sized appliances and cooking utensils. There is an electric grill on the deck overlooking the River. There is also a patio set for outdoor dining.

The unit is very close to parking with easy access in and out.

Other things to note
Note - there is no Air Conditioner
No pets allowed per HOA and allergies. There will be a $500 penalty for unauthorized pets
Both bathrooms are off of the bedrooms. There is no bathroom off the main room.
