The space
This loft is located at the 22nd floor of a luxury condo in the heart of San Juan, between the charming Old San Juan and the lively Condado area:
- a 5-minute drive to Old San Juan (30 minutes scenic walk),
- less than a 10-minute walk to one of Puerto Rico’s best urban beaches (Escambrón Beach),
- less than a 2-minute drive (15-minute walk) from Condado and Miramar,
- a 10-15-minute drive to SJU airport, and
- a 5-minute drive to the new and trendy Convention Center (“El Distrito”).


THE LOFT:

- The unit accommodates up to 3 guests with one queen bed and one sofa bed. Children and infants count toward the maximum occupancy.

- Open concept loft.

- Fully equipped kitchen.

- One bathroom.

- High speed wireless internet.

- Smart TV. Note: There is no cable TV.

- Laundry closet with washer and dryer.

- One assigned covered parking spot. Recommended for small or medium size cars and SUVs (NO big trucks or SUVs).

- Computer desk.

- Beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella.

-IMPORTANT NOTE: Windows at this unit are kept closed for safety reasons. Guests would not be able to open them.

THE BUILDING:

- The condo has:

- 24/7 security guards and gated access providing residents & guests a quiet and safe environment.

- Two electric generators capable of powering the entire building (common and private areas) in case of a blackout.

- A fully equipped gym located at the second floor of the building.

- A large park and beach across the street.
