You can have a cozy movie night relaxing in bed and watch your favorite shows on our TV. Netflix, Hulu and Disney+ are available for your use, but you will need to provide your own login

Step outside and into your private desert oasis. We are situated on a very large lot, but it is NOT fenced in.
The best part about coming to Joshua Tree is being able to enjoy the outdoors and we think the backyard will do just that. The backyard features a hot tub, great for soaking in after long days hiking in the national park, as well as an outdoor soaking tub, fire pit surrounded by a pergola with hanging hammock chairs which is perfect for enjoying the starry night skies.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire property. It will almost feel like you rented the entire desert!
The house has reliable Internet, but the speeds aren’t the fastest given the remote location. It works well for streaming Netflix on the television, multiple phones connected using social media and email, but you’ll see reduced speeds if you have multiple people performing bandwidth heavy activities (zoom calls/downloading and uploading large files etc.)
Parking is available next to the house and guests should have no problem finding suitable parking
A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest.
We provide a complimentary starter pack for guests with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration.
The drive to the house is accessible with GPS, however the house is located off the beaten path and there is at least 15 minutes of the drive that require you to drive on dirt roads. Any type of car is suitable, just please use caution if there is heavy rain.
Please note there is a Ring Flood Light security camera located at the front and back of the house facing the parking, entrance, and backyard for your security. There are no cameras inside the property.
Other things to note
☆You must be 25+ to book
☆The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation
☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation
☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property
☆Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including tooth paste, tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
☆Tampering with exterior cameras and/or interior noise monitoring systems are prohibited and will have a penalty fee if tampered with.
☆Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied
☆ We have regularly scheduled hot tub tech service on select days each week. While we don’t have exact times in advance, we always send out a notification the night before to let guests know when to expect service. Thank you for your understanding as we work to keep the hot tub in top condition!
☆PETS☆
We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $100. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message!
Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We have a small dog bed at the house available for you but also ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.
Being that we are in the desert there also may be cactus plants in the yard, so if your dog is extra curious, keep an eye on them so they don’t get pricks in their paws or nose!
