Very nice flat in a fabulous location in Covent Garden. Was also very secure which was great. Spacious, bright, comfy bed, all you need for a couple of nights in town.
Slight problem with the plumbing while I was there, the bathroom sink not draining and the loo hard to flush, but I know Dani has had plumber round and plans to do so again.
He was friendly and easy to contact, even though he was out of the country while I was there. His friend let me in, she was very nice. Flexible re checkin and checkout. Would definitely stay here again as long as the plumbing problems were fixed as everything else was great.
Dani was very hospitable and available! The flat was so butiful, typical and useful! The place was appropriate to discover the London life! ! We can't find easily a such place in France!
Don't hesitate to go there the pictures reflects perfectly the reality !!!
(Sorry for my english!)
I had a great stay in London for a week, and Dani's place was big part of it.
I didn't get the chance to meet Dani himself, who organised for a friend to let me into the apartment and show me around. However, Dani was constantly in touch, ensuring that everything is fine.
The place is conveniently located and the apartment itself is very comfy. I quite enjoyed having two large windows overlooking Neal st in the living room, it gave me a true sense of being in London. The bedroom is located in the back, in a more quiet spot that's ideal for sleeping. However, if you plan to sleep in the living room, you can take an advantage of the sofa-bed.
If you're planning to use your laptop, the adjustable table will be ideal for that. The table's height can be adjusted to work as a coffee table or a workstation, which I found very practical and a good use of space, instead of having two separate tables.
I was very happy in my stay, thanks Dani!!!
A really great location in the middle of Covent Garden, near tons of restaurants, shops, tube stations, etc. The street is busy during the day and early evening, but it quiets down at night, and the bedroom is way in the back, so quiet for sleeping. However, if you are very sensitive about noise, you might consider a more quiet neighborhood. I booked it just for myself (for a business trip) but would accommodate a couple very comfortably. Would be glad to stay here again.
- Great location
- Reasonably priced
- No a/c or fan so if it's really warm, might get uncomfortable if there's no breeze coming through.
Dani was definitely a great host.
His room was very neat and clean, Dani was kind and nice, and most of all, the place was great to be in the middle of London, walking distance to lot of popular places.
Dani stayed at the living room during my stay, but I didn't care about it so much.
Dani has such a wonderful place. The location is perfect - around a 5 minute walk from Covent Garden. The flat was incredibly clean and Dani was an excellent host. He would check in with us to check that everything was going well and we didn't need anything. The apartment is beautiful and has everything that you need. We had a great time!
Thanks again Dani.
When we walked into the apartment, Dani said that "as you can see, the apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures". I would have to disagree. The pictures do not do justice to Dani's wonderful apartment and hospitality. The location could not have been any better... one needn't so much as leave the area and still have a fantastic London experience. For those who do need to move beyond the area, the apartment is close to several tube stops. Dani is an excellent host: the apartment was extremely clean when we arrived and even though he was abroad, he would periodically check in to ensure that everything was fine and we didn't need anything. The apartment is decorated very tastefully and there is plenty of sunlight shining into the living room during the day (as much as London has to offer, i.e.)! The next time I am in London, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.
