A really nice room in a fantastic apartment with all the commodities, in a really Roman district, quiet and bourgeoise but also alive and with a lot of things to see.
10 minutes from the centre with metro 50 meters far away :)
Welcome in Italy!
My apartment is a 80mq with a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a balcon and a bathroom. There's also a utility room .
The apartment offers a very nice and charming ambience and it'is full of comforts:
- parquet in all the house
-free access to wifi connection;
- clean towels and sheets;
- a fully furnished kitchen.
I rent a bedroom with a king size bed, the photos and the references explain better than my words..:)
The guest can access to everything. The shared area include the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom.
Interaction with Guests
I like to tell tips about everything, I know well Rome, the musical and cultural scene, not only the touristic routes. I will be present but not always.
Feel free like at home :)
My location in Rome is in the neighborhood called quartiere Trieste. It's a nice area, with shops and parks, one of the best parks in rome is just 10 minutes walking
My building is in little street, very quiet and with nice buildings.
Trieste neighborhood is perfectly connected to the historical centre with metro b1 and buses.
My neighborhood is really quiet but at the same time there are a lot of bars, restaurant, there are things open until late.
Is a bourgeoise district but with a young vibe because is not far from the university, the building reflects the same spirit.
I strongly suggest to read my guide, with all my favourite places in the district (restaurant, bakery, artistic spots, ice cream places and so on).
there's the metro just 50 meters from my home and different lines bus to reach other parts of the city.
Besides, is perfect the night bus service, 2 buses from Termini station and 1 from the historical centre all the night :)
I don't suggest the use of the car.
From the airports the best way, and the cheapest, is take a shuttle bus to termini station. From there 4 stops metro and you're at my place.
This is a wonderful place! The room is big, near the center and metro, all facilities provided. The most important is dear Karo is a very lovely girl. She brought us to her favorite café, church, Icecream...and we had nice tea talk together. Thanks very much for making our trip in Rome so unforgettable!
We missed Paolo, he was away, but we've been very well received by Karolina. She was very sweet and caring. Everything was ok! As shown on the page. The apartment is beautiful and big. It is two blocks from the metro station. The neigbourhood is nice. Accross the street there is a stand that sells fruit and vegetables at good price and it's open untill late at night. At the corner there's a pastry shop o baker's, very tempting. We really recomend it! Thanks for everything! Sol and Daniel.
The apartment is pretty comfortable and has a lot of character.
You might hear the street outside, but it wasn´t very loud, at least not for my ears. The doorknob of the frontdoor dropped one time, but what can you do?
Paolo himself wasn´t around, I was instead greeted by Caro, who is currently living in the apartment. She is an awesome host, showed me the apartment and recommended sights and things to do in the city. (Caro if you´re ever around Hamburg or Zürich, I´ll gladly show you around).
The apartment is very central, for instance, the Vatican is only 30 minutes away (by metro). The metro itself maybe 2-3 minutes by foot. The apartment is located in a residential area, but you´ll find a couple of different food locations plus a cash terminal/ATM nearby.
All in all, I would recommend Paolos apartment to my friends.
Huge flat, beautifully furnished in a lovely neighborhood. Paolo wasn't there but Caro, who lives in the flat, showed us around.
The room could have been cleaner, but I would definitely recommend it!
Merci.
Great location as it is near the metro, hence convenient. We were greeted by Paolo's friend, Gerald, who waited for us (even though we are late as our flight got delayed) and showed us around the house. The room is really nice and cosy, and true to the picture. It was a pity that we couldn't meet Paolo but the communication was smooth and he was nice to guide us to his location.

I 'm 36 years old and I have travelled enough in my life. My favourite writers are Camus, Sartre, Celine, Miller, Dostojesky but also some good contemporary literature.
I love directors as Bergma, Truffaut, Kubrick Kitano.
music.. very different , from death cub for cutie to billy joel, from rino gaetano (italian singer) to david bowie, from radiohead to postal service, from jobim to belle and sebastian, from sezse aksu to things that I'm afraid to tell you
I like many kinds of food but obviously as Italian I'm a fan of pizza.
I like to see the places with locals, not as a tourist and I like to share with other people the secrets of my city.
I have hosted a lot in the past, so I think to be a good host.
