Situated on the shores of Half Moon Bay, this beautifully presented home (top storey only) boasts absolute bay frontage. The spectacular water views span from the You Yangs to Melbourne’s skyline and around to the Mornington Peninsula. The beach is directly opposite, with foreshore trails for miles in either direction. The space
Located in a front row position on The Esplanade, the spectacular water views are mesmerising and the foreshore is directly across the road. Offering the top storey only to guests, the expansive layout is designed to maximise the panoramic bay front views, ensuring comfort, openness and ample natural light. The glistening waters have an enchanting allure, and can be enjoyed from many positions within the home.

The large open plan top floor has ample space for two living zones, dining, kitchen and a bathroom. The living space is warmed by a gas log fire, with wicker lounges and a hammock to relax in, or arm chairs to survey the water views with the telescope (please note NO FURNITURE, NOR THE HAMMOCK, MAY BE TAKEN OUTSIDE, except the white plastic chairs). The dining and lounge room area has the comfort of split system air conditioning. Features include free to air TV, leather lounge suites and a 6-seater dining table for memorable family meals.

The kitchen is visually stunning and functional, boasting timber cabinetry, dual ovens, gas cooktop, butler’s pantry and a huge stone bench incorporating casual dining and bar stools. A coffee machine with fresh coffee is the perfect start to your day...

Year-round indoor/outdoor living options are a highlight, with sliding doors and full span glazing ensuring a seamless transition to the outdoor spaces. There are two bedrooms, beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels. The generous master suite has a Queen-size bed, large walk-in robe and breathtaking bay views. Take our word for it, you’ll want to perch yourself here with a cup of tea on slow mornings... bliss.

The 2nd bedroom has a Double base/Single top bunk bed + Single bed trundle (available by request at the time of booking). **This room is best suited to children/teenagers. (Parents please note: the spare single could be used for a child in the master bedroom, if required).
