*Host lives on property, backyard is shared* Welcome to my beautiful home, a 1920s 2-bedroom house located in Atwater Village. Entertain yourself on my smart TV, sunbathe in the backyard, work remotely from my front office, and visit the many restaurants and shops on Glendale Blvd. Walking distance to the LA river walk that's perfect for biking or exploring the east side, and a quick drive away from Downtown, Silverlake, and Hollywood. The space
The space is laid out with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen/laundry room and a living and dining area. Enjoy all of your favorite streaming services on my smart TV, make yourself a latte on my Nespresso coffee machine, and soak in a luxurious bath in my tub to round out the perfect weekend.

Guest access
As my guests you'll have access to the whole house, consisting of three potential sleeping areas: the main bedroom with a queen mattress, the front bedroom/office space with a single mattress, and the couch in the living room. You'll also have free, safe parking in the driveway, and access to the front yard, and back yard areas. The only potential for interaction is that the laundry is shared between us during your stay, but I will always ask for permission to enter the home.

Atwater Village is a safe, residential, and walkable neighborhood that’s 20 minutes from Downtown LA, and about 45 minutes from the beach. The closest freeways are I-5, the 101, and the 110. Look for either the Glendale Blvd or Los Feliz exits from I-5 going either direction. Glendale Blvd is full of great shops and restaurants that you can walk to! Bon Vivant Bakery & Café, Proof Bakery, Kaldi Coffee, and Dune Restaurant are my favorites.
