Newly renovated throughout. 4 double bedroom first floor property in the heart of Gullane village within easy walking distance of Gullane and Muirfield golf courses, village green, tennis courts, all shops, pubs and restaurants and beautiful Gullane beach.

The property has a large garage with off street parking for 2 cars as well as a sizeable back garden.
