Cute “Farmhouse” right in downtown Fruita. Newly remodeled with everything updated. There's a shed to keep your gear and a great outdoor patio. Minutes away from 18 road and Kokopelli trails. Within 10 miles of both entrances to the National Monument. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and amenities. The pet fee covers one dog.

Dogs are fine to have as long as they are well behaved, stay off linen and furniture, and are cleaned up after. Our yard is only fenced on 3 sides and is open at the driveway. We do ask that you bring no more than 2 dogs and select all pet fees in booking. We charge an extra $50 above the normal pet fee for the 2nd dog. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us before you book.

We encourage recycling. Please use the bins outside for recyclables.

Please note that when booking this listing on a Monday, we do ask that you take the trash and recycle bins to the curb. They come in the morning and we do not want to disturb you during your stay.
