Beautiful single family home in East Vail. Large spacious 5 bedroom 5 bath home. Perfect for families or larger groups. Well equipped gourmet kitchen open to the dining and living room area. Large oversized deck and hot tub just off the living room area. This 5 bedroom home has 1 king bed - 4 queen beds, one bunk bed with a twin on top and one twin on the bottom, plus two more twin beds.
Sleeps 12 max. Super convenient East Vail location, close to the free town of Vail bus stop.

The space
The gorgeous super clean and spacious home can sleep a maximum of 14 guests. 1 king bed, 4 queen beds and 3 twin beds. Garage parking is available and plenty of extra parking in the driveway area. Beautiful private mountain setting, enjoy the large outdoor deck and hot tub.

Neighborhood highlights

Enjoy beautiful East Vail, only about 4 miles into Vail village. The best way to get into the Village is to take the free town of Vail bus. You can also drive in, bike or walk. The bike path goes right thru the neighborhood, a fun activity to enjoy. East Vail has lots of great hiking trails within walking distance from the house as well. The Vail Golf course and Nordic center are only five minutes away. There is also a great little neighborhood market close by, Simms Market. We also have a nice neighborhood restaurant Heirloom. Check it out, located at The Vail Racquet Club. Big Horn park is close by and offers outdoor grills on the pond and a great playground for the kids.
