We've stayed here twice, so obviously we like the place a lot. Clean and comfortable and conveniently located for us. Someday we hope to stay when it is warm enough to use the very attractive deck.
Staying in Hannah's apartment in Williamsburg was an absolute joy! We were there for the snow, but were so cosy and warm indoors. The apartment was super clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed lazy mornings in such a lovely bright space. Venturing out, we loved exploring Williamsburg, especially Bedford Avenue with its vintage clothes shops and flea market. It was also really easy and quick to head into Manhattan as the subway is very close to the apartment. My teenage daughter and I were sad to leave, but already planning another trip!
Hannah's is wonderful! We felt at home immediately, with an intriguing collection of books on the shelves, a wonderful kitchen, and a pantry full of treats. The layout is spacious and beautifully decorated (particularly wonderful collages). She has thought of little amenities that really make this a special place. Too much snow to enjoy the deck to use this visit, but we're already planning a trip back in warmer weather.
The location is perfect. Great meals right around the corner and the subway a five minute walk away. The street is very quiet - we were able to park right out front. Williamsburg at its best.
Hannah was very responsive to all questions, always helpful and a real pleasure to work with. Don't think twice - book it!
Stayed in Hannah's lovely apartment for a week with my husband and son. Great place to stay, with welcoming and flexible hosts. Couldn't ask for more! Hope to return in the future.
This was my first airbnb experience. I wasn't sure what to expect but if this is what you get then I am hooked! This apartment is everything you would want if you could do it yourself. Soft sheets, comfy beds, warm, cosy, bright and sunny, spotlessly clean! If you wish for it, it is most likely here. If not a light knocking at the door will happen almost instantly! I would have been happy to spend my three days just enjoying this lovely apartment! Cooking and reading and relaxing! Next time I will definitely build in extra time to just enjoy this lovely place. Hannah goes the extra mile on every detail. It was so wonderful I will never stay in a hotel again if I have the opportunity to stay here. And I have stayed in many 5 star hotels in NYC! The location is wonderful and it was easy to get into the city via subway from this spot but there are so many great places in this area you almost don't need to leave. Thank you Hannah for a wonderful time with my family and friends! It was nothing but delightful and I definitely did not want to leave!
Very clean, very very nice apt. Hannah was super accommodating about letting us in a bit early to stash our luggage. I would definitely stay here again - in the warm months the back deck must be amazing!
Fabulous place!!! All the creature comforts plus more. Clean, close to public transport, and fabulous book collection. Generous hosts! Comfortable beds. Highly recommended!!
It was Perfect. Simply Perfect
Williamsburg is just a real fine community, and this top floor 2bd 1ba is about as charming and quiet as one could hope for. The design layout and attention to comfort surpassed every thing I was looking for. Clean and stylish with well working equipment/appliances, etc. Kitchen was stocked with all the things one might need, and w/beautiful layout to look out the sliding glass door that has a lovely deck w/table and BBQ. The book selection alone made me wish I could have stayed for the entire winter. Beds were very comfortable w/good quality comforters. This is one real Gem of a find that needs to be experienced to truly be fully appreciated...A big thanks for allowing me the pleasure of staying in your beautiful place.
Hannah's apartment was great. It was very clean, comfortable and peaceful. Although we mostly dined out the kitchen had everything you could possibly need to self cater and all the basics to start cooking were there to be used. The beds in particular were super comfy.
The location was really convenient for the subway (3 minute walk) and you can stroll to Bedford Avenue where there are numerous coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques ( new and vintage) in 10 minutes. The subway to Grand central, Manhattan takes around 25 minutes.
Check-in and out was easy and convenient and though we didn't have a great deal of contact with Hannah we certainly appreciated that she was on hand and willing to help if needed.
A great retreat from the bustle of New York!
