The space
This cute little room is just that, a cute little room. It is perfect if your traveling through or out visiting sites, friends, and family. However, forewarning, some find it a bit small for extended stays or for those who enjoy hanging out in the room for long periods.

There is a Verizon tower nearby, most carriers still have signal but guest have reported t-mobile reception is very limited.

You are 15-20 minutes from any fast food or grocery stores. There is a local bar that offers great food and a gas station with chicken/pizza.

There is NO smoking or pets, a $250 fee will be charged for noncompliance.

We are located in the tiny town of Avilla, Mo. Population 125. There is only a bar/grill, post office, and two small churches in town.

However, 15 miles in any direction will take you to larger towns with fast food, gas stations, and groceries.

Cell phone reception can be spotty. There is a brand new Verizon tower, one mile away.

Wi-Fi is available for wi-fi calling.
